At Doc Adams, we do platters differently. We offer customers two different styles; a gourmet standard platter, and a 'design your own' platter style. The Docs Grazing Board is a delicious platter we have created with a mix of hard and soft cheese, local produce such as; pate, dips, dried fruit, crackers, meats and more. Let us do the work for you by selecting and plating up while you sit back, relax and enjoy. This is available every day at the Cellar Door, for just $45 and serves 2. The 'design your own' platter style allows you to customise a platter to your own personal taste buds. Browse through our range of local cheeses, cured meats, smallgoods, dips, patés, crackers, fruit and pastes. Pick and choose the produce that tickles your fancy and take it to your table with our provided platter board and lay it out just how you like it.
With tastings of the brilliant Doc Adams Wines range available every day, you can taste, smell and understand wines from our extensive list or purchase your favourite drop by the glass, bottle and by the case. We offer a range of Sparkling white and red, White wines, Red wines, Premium and Icon reds and also Sweet and Fortified for tastings. For groups over 14 adults it is classified as larger group booking, and we require pre organisation of and pre purchase of lunch. The cost is $39 per person for adults and this will include; an extensive array of gourmet cheeses, meats, dips, olives, quince, crackers, seasonal fruit and vegetables, as well as warm crusty Clappis sourdough bread served with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and dukkah. These platters can be set to come out at a certain time that is arranged by you. $10 per head is also required per Child and this includes a ham and cheese or plain cheese toasted sandwich and a juice or soft drink. Your drinks and other food options may be purchased on the day, or pre organised as well.
