Your purchase is normally dispatched via Fastaway Courier Services the following business day. Delivery to metropolitan areas will take 3-7 business days. In the event of an extended heat period we may delay deliveries to prevent spoilage. We will contact you in this instance. Any stock damaged during the delivery or tainted stock will be replaced at no charge. We will also refund stock that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Please return the remaining bottle or bottles that you would like replaced with the wine if possible to:
We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling.
