Immerse yourself in an all inclusive night filled with five courses of contemporary Indigenous cuisine prepared by chef Shannon Fleming - Forgotten Seasons, paired with Doc Adams fine wines.

Indulge in Kangaroo tail, local fresh seafoods with native accompaniments and Something Wild's Green Ant Gin.

Enjoy live acoustics from ARIA nominated Emily Wurramara & Nathan May, with a photographic exhibition by Professor Wayne Quilliam.
