Our Single Vineyard McLaren Vale 2020 Shiraz is made from 100% McLaren Vale Grapes grown on the rich red soils of the Waters family estate in Sellicks Hill. This concentrated and structured full-bodied red wine is packed with layered flavours of liquorice, dark berries, chocolate, and spices. 18 months maturation in seasoned French oak provide the wine with firm but elegant tannins which help to bind the flavours and offer potential for cellaring beyond the decade.
It is a great companion to cheese, lamb shanks, truffled chicken with artichokes.
Doc Adams Single Vineyard McLaren Vale 2020 Shiraz comes in packs of 12, but is available to be purchased in any quantity, including as part of a mixed 6 pack, or mixed dozen of your choosing. There is also a Grenache Shiraz in the range, for when you are feeling the need for some more elegant red wine flavours in your glass.
