    Our Sparkling Shiraz is made from 100% South Australian Shiraz grapes. This sparkling red wine is rich & luscious with flavours ranging across the red and dark berry flavour spectrum. The finish has a touch of sweetness reminiscent of dark cherries. It is a great companion to strawberries, chocolate, pancakes, turkey, and roast duck. 

    Doc Adams Rouge Sparkling Shiraz comes in packs of 12, but is available to be purchased in any quantity, including as part of a mixed 6 pack, or mixed dozen of your choosing. There is also a Sparkling Blanc in the range for when you are feeling the need for lighter and crisper fruit flavours in your sparkling wine.
