Dark, savoury characters present from the Grenache, typical Shiraz red cherry and spice similarly from the Mataro. The palate is full and juicy with fruit characters of cherry and mulberry, with exotic spices of cardamom, cinnamon and cocoa.
The 2015 Doc Adams GSM is brilliant and vibrant in its colour and immediately shows an earthy
appearance synonymous with McLaren Vale GSM wines. It displays fragrant aromas of blueberry, rose petals, and geraniums. Beautiful fruit characters of cherry and mulberry, following through with exotic spice notes of cardamom and cinnamon, with a touch of confectionery supported by subtle tannins.
